Philip S. Brunone, SPHR, CEBS

Philip S. Brunone has held senior level human resources positions in the transportation, manufacturing and retail industries. His expertise in the areas of employee relations, fair employment practices and employee benefits and compensation has enabled him to serve as a consultant and strategic partner to both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. His success in the human resources field is directly linked to his ability to develop strategic alliances with business partners through mutual trust and respect for their abilities and emphasizing a continuous commitment to managing human resources with a high level of honesty and integrity.

Mr. Brunone is President of HR Solutions, LLC, a human resource consulting firm established in 1995. HR Solutions specializes in providing human resource services to small and medium size companies in the tri-state area. He has consulted with a number of companies locally and for clients across the U.S. in a variety of industries.

Mr. Brunone is a graduate of West Chester University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist holding that designation since 1985. He has also completed graduate courses of study at Ursinus College and the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management and has held the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2003. Mr. Brunone is also a member of the Association of Builders and Contractors, Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society, Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group and serves on the Human Resource Advisory Committee of the Board of Directors of Peter Becker Community in Harleysville, Montgomery Theater in Souderton and Manna on Main Street in Lansdale, PA.

He resides in Harleysville, PA with his wife and two daughters.
